Swivro VPN is a VPN service, meant for you to use on your computer while using the internet to hide your home IP address. Swivro VPN should NOT be used as a service to send attacks to any other machine, network or server. Though Swivro VPN offers a speed of approximately 400 megabytes per second, if you are abusing this speed, your VPN account may be suspended.
The following terminology applies to our Terms of Service, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the our terms of service. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. "Swivro", or "Swivro VPN" refers to our website or us. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provisioning our stated services. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same thing.
You understand that Swivro does not offer any refunds whatsoever, unless your account which you purchased from us is deemed to be non-functional. Non-functional means you cannot access your VPN account for more than 168 hours.
Chargebacks are not considered as a way of refunding. Any customer who initiates a chargeback will have their account terminated and their status irreversibly set to 'Fraud', and will be forbidden from purchase products from us again.
When your VPN account invoice is overdue by 1 day, the associated account will be suspended, meaning it will be inaccessible until the associated invoice/bill is paid. If the invoice has not been paid and is 2 days overdue, the associated web hosting account will be terminated, meaning all data will be removed and cannot be restored, and the account will remain inaccessible. You are responsible for all of your actions. You may not hold us liable under any circumstances for any loss or damage of/to your VPN account, including but not limited to; account information, files, DNS Settings, or VPN Account.

We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information, as we deem necessary, to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in the sole discretion of us.
You agree that we, at our sole discretion, may terminate your password, account or use of the Service(or any part thereof), and remove and discard any Content within the Service if you violate these terms of service, or for any reason. We also reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason, with or without a reimbursement.
